1. Agreement to Terms

 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AreenaDesign.com (the “Site”) and all products purchased from Areena Design’s (Registration No. 2797801-0). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Site.

 

2. Products and Orders

 

  • Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in PKR displayed at the time the order is submitted.

  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

  • Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and features of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflects the product’s actual color.

3.1 Payment Obligations

3.2 Shipping and Delivery

 

  • We offer free shipping on all orders globally.

  • The total estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days.

  • All risk of loss and title for products purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

 

3.3 Returns and Exchanges

 

  • We accept returns and exchanges for products that are in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  • You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
