This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept, how pricing and currency work, and the security measures used for all purchases made on AreenaDesign.com.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments through trusted third-party payment service providers.

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and other major card networks

  • Other Payment Options: Additional payment methods (such as local bank transfers or digital wallets) may be available and will be clearly displayed during checkout

All available payment options are shown before you complete your order.

2. Pricing & Currency

  • Primary Currency: All orders are processed and recorded in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), which is the official transaction currency of Areena Design.

  • Currency Display & Conversion: For customer convenience, prices may also be displayed in other currencies (such as ZAR). The final amount charged will be the amount shown at checkout.

  • Exchange Rates & Fees: Any currency conversion rates or foreign transaction fees are determined solely by your bank or card issuer and are outside our control.

3. Payment Processing & Security

  • Secure Payments: All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.

  • Card Data Protection: Areena Design does not store, process, or have direct access to your full credit or debit card information.

  • Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed and processed only after successful payment authorization from your payment provider.

4. Failed Payments & Authorization Holds

  • Authorization Holds: A temporary authorization hold may be placed on your payment method at the time of checkout to verify available funds.

  • Failed Transactions: If a payment is declined or fails due to incorrect details, insufficient funds, or bank restrictions, the order will not be completed. You may retry using the same or a different payment method.

5. Taxes & Duties

  • Local Taxes: Product prices include all applicable local taxes, where required by law.

  • International Orders: Prices also include applicable taxes and duties unless otherwise stated at checkout.
